COOKIE POLICY OF THE MOTOVOY PLATFORM

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. This Cookie Policy sets out the rules for the use of cookies and similar technologies by the Motovoy online platform available at motovoy.pl (the "Platform").

  2. The administrator of the Platform is MOTOVOY Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Zielona Góra (66-001) at ul. Krępa-Sportowa 8, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 9731121734, e-mail address: kontakt@motovoy.pl (the "Administrator").

  3. This Cookie Policy supplements the Privacy Policy and is intended to explain the rules governing the storage of, and access to, information on users' devices.

  4. The Administrator uses cookies in accordance with applicable law, in particular: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the "GDPR"), the Polish Electronic Communications Law, and the provisions governing the provision of services by electronic means.

§ 2. What Cookies Are

  1. Cookies are small text files stored on a user's end device while using the Platform.

  2. Cookies enable the Platform to function properly and improve the security, performance and functionality of the platform.

  3. Cookies may contain: session identifiers, technical information, user settings, and statistical data.

  4. Cookies are not used to identify a user as a natural person, unless the user voluntarily provides data enabling identification.

§ 3. Types of Cookies Used

  1. Necessary cookies (session and security):

  1. Necessary cookies are required for the proper functioning of the Platform and cannot be disabled in the Administrator's systems;

  2. They are used, in particular, for: maintaining the user's session (JWT tokens), logging in to a Company account and an Individual User account, logging the Administrator in to the /admin panel, ensuring security, protecting against spam and abuse, processing forms, and remembering privacy settings (cookie consent);

  3. Failure to use these cookies may prevent proper use of the Platform.

  1. Functional cookies:

  1. Functional cookies enable user preferences to be remembered and the operation of the Platform to be personalised;

  2. They may include: language selection (PL / EN / DE), interface settings, remembering form preferences, and storing selected user settings.

  1. Analytical and statistical cookies:

  1. Analytical cookies help the Administrator analyse how the Platform is used and improve its operation;

  2. They may be used for: traffic analysis, performance monitoring, generating visit statistics, identifying technical problems, and improving the platform's functionality;

  3. Data collected for analytical purposes is generally aggregate in nature and is not used to directly identify a user.

  1. Marketing cookies:

  1. Marketing cookies may be used for: conducting remarketing activities, personalising advertising content, measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and limiting the number of ad impressions;

  2. Marketing cookies are applied solely after obtaining the user's appropriate consent.

§ 4. Purposes of Using Cookies

  1. The Administrator may use cookies and similar technologies for the purpose of:

  1. ensuring the proper functioning of the Platform;

  2. maintaining the user's active session and authentication;

  3. ensuring the security of the infrastructure, and protection against abuse and spam;

  4. remembering user settings (including the PL/EN/DE interface language);

  5. conducting analyses and statistics, and improving the Platform's performance;

  6. conducting marketing activities;

  7. tailoring the content and functionality of the platform.

§ 5. Third-Party Cookies

  1. The Platform may use technologies provided by third parties, in particular:

  2. Stripe - handling of card payments and recurring subscriptions; Stripe may set its own cookies necessary for the operation of the payment module.

  3. Resend - provider of transactional e-mail services (does not use cookies on the Platform).

  4. Vercel - hosting and CDN; may use technical cookies related to content delivery.

  5. Analytics service providers (if implemented).

  6. Third parties may use their own cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Administrator is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices applied by third parties.

§ 6. Managing Cookies

  1. The user may manage their cookie settings using the settings of their web browser or the consent management panel available on the Platform upon their first visit.

  2. The user may: delete stored cookies, block the automatic storage of cookies, restrict the use of selected cookies, or withdraw consent to the use of cookies that are not technically required.

  3. Restricting the use of cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform and the availability of certain services (e.g. maintaining a session after logging in).

§ 7. Legal Bases for the Use of Cookies

  1. Necessary cookies are used on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in ensuring the proper functioning and security of the Platform.

  2. Analytical, functional and marketing cookies may be used on the basis of the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

  3. The user may change their cookie preferences at any time in the consent management panel or in their browser settings.

§ 8. Cookie Retention Period

  1. Session cookies - stored until the browser session ends (e.g. the user's session token).

  2. Persistent cookies - stored for a specified period or until deleted by the user (e.g. language preferences, cookie consent settings).

§ 9. Changes to the Cookie Policy

  1. The Administrator may amend this Cookie Policy in the event of: changes in law, technological changes, the development of the Platform's functionality, or organisational or security-related changes.

  2. The current version of the Cookie Policy is published on the Platform.

  3. This Cookie Policy is available in Polish, English and German versions. In the event of a discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish-language version shall prevail.
